Pre-Excavation Grouting to Facilitate Tunneling Below Highway 416, Kemptville, Ontario
ECO directed and designed a pre-excavation grouting program, monitored in real time, to facilitate the construction of a 2m diameter tunnel. The tunneling contractors crews were trained by ECO personnel and grouted the loose shot rock below a major highway.
